By using Backlog Clearer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

- Track your game completion progress
- Get recommendations for what to play next
- Compete with other players on leaderboards
- Earn achievements and maintain streaks
3. Steam Integration
The Service requires you to sign in with your Steam account. By doing so, you authorize us to:
- Access your Steam profile information (name, avatar, Steam ID)
- Read your game library and playtime data
- Periodically sync your library data when you request it
We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Abuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service excessively
- Impersonate other users or create misleading profiles

5. Content & Comments
You retain ownership of any content you post (comments, ratings). By posting, you grant us a license to display that content within the Service.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.
6. Data Accuracy
Game data (playtime, completion times, scores) comes from third-party sources (Steam, SteamSpy, HowLongToBeat) and may not always be perfectly accurate. We provide this data "as-is" and do not guarantee its accuracy.
7. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to external API issues.
8. Account Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To delete your account and all associated data, contact us through the project's GitHub repository.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
